Jorden and Lewis | Oxwich Bay Wedding – Swansea Wedding Photography
It was wedding photography in Swansea today, I had the pleasure of being asked to cover another wedding photographer, this was a fellow South Wales Wedding Photographer. It’s good to know that being a professional wedding photographer here in South Wales, if for some reason, you cannot shoot a wedding you’ve been booked in for, you can rely on the professionalism of another South Wales wedding photographer.Which leads to a recent booking I made, where the mother-of-the-bride asked the photographer what happens if he doesn’t turn up, and the said photographer didn’t have an answer! Nor did he know what the couple was going to receive at the end of the wedding! So when you plan your special wedding day, make sure you stick with professional wedding suppliers, who knows what they’re doing, and have all the bases covered. I’m part of a group where we can count on other wedding photographers in South Wales to back us up in case of any emergencies, I also have a back up camera that I am able to shoot with, should my main camera not work for any reason!
OK.. that’s enough of that, I don’t usually go on about using professional wedding photographers, but thought I’d write a bit to explain and to hopefully stop some couples’ special day being ruined.
Wedding Videography South Wales
I won’t write too much about this wedding, as I was covering another photographer, and it was their job… so I thought I’d just put up a few selected photos from the day and the bride’s house and also at Oxwich Bay Hotel in the Gower, Swansea. It was a really windy and wet day unfortunately, but photography wise, it wasn’t that bad, I made most of the wind down the beach at Oxwich Bay, taking emphasis on thee brides veil being blown around, and also the amazing skies that the sun, rain and wind brought to us!
Anyway, hope you like the photos, I’ve another wedding at the Oxwich Bay Hotel in February 2016, really looking forward to shooting at Oxwich Bay Hotel again for some awesome wedding photography in South Wales!
If you’re planning on getting married, but want to try out your photographer first, consider whether you should have your engagement photos taken first.
