Ian and Steph | Oxwich Bay Wedding, Swansea – South Wales Photographer

It was a pleasure to have been asked to photograph Ian and Steph’s wedding at the Oxwich Bay in Swansea, South Wales this winter. This was such a relaxed wedding, it really gave me the chance to be very creative with my wedding photography, I even had the time (and permission!) to remove some of the pictures on the walls for the first photo to create less clutter for this gorgeous bridal dress! I did have to lay on the floor amongst all the bridesmaids, hair dresser and make up artist though!

With the bridal preparations done, it was off to a fantastic wedding venue in South Wales, Oxwich Bay Hotel, a beautiful marquee venue with some beautiful gardens and a beach on your doorstep, what more could a bride want? Not to worry though, in the daytime, we can still get some amazing wedding photography! We took a little walk down the beach for some romantic wedding photography, and then some more natural photography with a little less posing to get a variety of photos in and to meet my photojournalistic approach to wedding photography, I love to document the love and connection between a couple.
