Who would have known, that one of the windiest weddings, I’d end up using one of the images ffrom this Llansteffan Mansion House wedding as one of my main images!
Captured in the moment, our Bride Ffion was caught in the wind adjusting her veil. This images has won me Projected Image of the Year at Llanelli Photographic Society, I’ve also used it as my banner at wedding fayres which gets everyones attention all the time!
Ffion and Steffan were a bit shy in front of the camera, so they opted for an engagement shoot at Llansteffan Castle, later, they’d reported back telling me that it was worth having the engagement shoot, as it had put them at ease in front of the camera. It was also a nice opportunity to meet me, as well as getting nice photos before the wedding.
I always love photographing weddings at Llansteffan Mansion House, the venue is absoliutely stunning, there are so many great locations to get creative wedding photos. With the massive stained glass window on the staircase, coupled with the gorgeous light fittings, it’s made it to another one of my favourite photos of all time!
