Coed Y Mwstwr, Bridgend Wedding | Kirsty and Evan

As a South Wales wedding photographer, it’s always a pleasure to photograph weddings in my locality. This time, it was in Bridgend, at the wonderful Coed Y Mwster Hotel.

Kirsty got ready at the Coed Y Mwster, in their bridal suite, it was the first time hooting at this South Wales wedding venue, but had already been here second shooting for a fellow photographer in the past – so is it really my first time? haha.

Anyway, all went smoothly, but after the ceremony, the rain still hadn’t stopped, the staff at Coed Y Mwstwr had emptied a room for photos! So all group photos were in the dry and warmth – ahhh!

By the time the groups had finished, it was already time for the wedding breakfast, so thinking on my feet, I asked the gorgeous bride and groom to for a photo at the bar, and voila! That’s how I got my feature photo in 5 seconds!

After the speeches, we had plenty of time for photos around the venue, with the rain still going, we decided it was best to get photos inside, it didn’t matter it was dark, with a bit of studio lighting, we got some stunning wedding photos for Kirsty and Evan!
