Carmarthen Registry Wedding
Although I’ve attended a couple of weddings at Camarthen Registry Office in the distant past, this was the first time I photographed a wedding here. I knew it what to expect, houses, driveways and car parks with some trees and fields thrown into the mix. I absolutely love a challenge, and so I arrived a little earlier to have a scout about to see what creative wedding photography I can bring to the couple.
With the current pandemic going on, we were only allowed into the biulding at the time of the ceremony. Not 5 minutes early… dead on time! We almost thought we weren’t going to be going in haha… jokes!
Ceremony went really smoothly, right up until the bride realised she had left the rings in the car! Off the bridesmaid went, and so Bianca got to walk up aisle twice! How awesome!
After the absolutely amazingly emotional ceremony, it was time for group photos then portraits.
I had planned a route to circle the venue whilst stopping at certain locations to get the best out of our surroundings. With photography, I really do see the beauty in everything!
I was told Barry was camera shy, although he didn’t really seem it, but he really wasn’t keen on having a photographer. So along with my glowing review I’ve had from the newlyweds, this was a follow up via email
…And Baz has gone from questioning why we had a photographer to saying it was money well spent.

Best compliment ever! I must say though, these guys were really awesome and easy to photograph, so relaxed and natural, I didn’t really need to guide or pose them! It helped so much that they just went along with everything I said too, thanks for trusting me guys!!
