Joanne and Simon’s Wedding

A huge congratulations to Joanne and Simon on their beautiful winter wedding at the Craig Y Nos Castle in Brecon, South Wales.  With the recent weather warnings of snow, leading up to the big day, parts of the country were snowed in!  For me, it was having that horrible feeling of whether I could make it to the wedding or not.  Luckily, on the morning, the snow had died down, and the rain had melted a lot of the snow, so I was able to travel up!  If that wasn’t the case, I would have hiked up if I had to!

It was lovely to see Joanne all relaxed whilst getting ready, and was a pleasure to work with Brideology again too.  With our bride getting ready in plenty of time, it was a nice change to get some bridal portraits without rushing, I loved how calm this wedding was.

All the wedding decorations were done by family members, and the amazing table centre pieces were made of engine parts by the groom, Simon, I didn’t get to tell you on the day, but you’re very talented!  If I had room in my house, I would have grabbed one under my jumper on the way home haha! 😀

As the evening went on, the snow well again, it was rude not to drag the bride and groom out in the snow for a photo!  I say drag, but they of course willingly came out 🙂
